Commission: WhaleWolf 1

A long overdue design for WhaleWolf. Roughly based off of an Otter, it has bristly fur that protects it from the rough ocean currents of it's home, and from predators who would try to eat it. I wears decorative jewelry (as is normal for it's kind).  : )
