So, this was an icon commission for *Jastiriae. Their character Justine ([link]) apparently carries a lantern around everywhere because of her fear of the dark- so I figured it'd be fun to have a spooky halloween feel to it? *crosses fingers*
It feels so good to do pixel work after so long!!! *sobs*

I've never learned how to do cell shading. xD But, I really should go look for stuff like tutorial to learn this kind of stuff.

Tutorials are how I learned pixel art. No one ever taught me, it was pretty much trial and error until I decided on what I liked.

Ah! I'm very glad! Generally if people aren't specific, I go with the mood I feel from looking at the character and reading about them. I've been in quite the "Halloween" mood lately and like... her with the lantern.. I just couldn't help myself! ; ) Thanks again so much!!
